"I really wanted to like this shop..."
I really wanted to like this shop because the site looked cute at first, but the whole experience was literally so slow and confusing. For the price, I expected things to feel a lot smoother. Customer service didn’t really make me feel like they were helping much either. Overall, I just wasn’t happy with my order and probably wouldn’t shop here again.

"I’d save your time on this one..."
I’d save your time on this one. The dress I received looked nothing like the listing, and the fabric was much thinner than I expected. The sizing info was also way off, so the fit wasn’t right at all. Disappointing overall.

"Felt like support didn’t really want to help"
I reached out to Wild Oak Boutique about my order, and the replies were slow and barely said anything useful. I kept asking for clarification, but it felt like they were kind of dodging the actual questions and hoping I’d just stop bothering them. I still don’t have a clear answer, which has been really frustrating.

"Shipping is taking way too long"
I placed my order two weeks ago and I’m still sitting here waiting for it to show up. At this point, I’m wondering how is this okay? I get that shipping delays happen, but this feels ridiculous.

"Color was sorta nothing like the photos"
I ordered a top that looked like a soft dusty rose in the pictures, but what showed up was more of a bright coral pink. It was sorta jarring because it really didn’t look close to what was shown online.
I even checked it in daylight because I thought maybe my room lighting was throwing it off, but nope, the color was just way different. It changed the whole vibe of the outfit from what I had in mind.
I’m disappointed since I picked it mostly for that specific shade. If the photos aren’t accurate, I’d be really hesitant to order again.

"Frustrating store credit experience"
I returned my order and, well, I thought I’d get my money back, but they only gave me store credit instead. I didn’t really want that, but I figured I’d try to use it later. Then it turned into a whole hassle just to redeem it. i’m done shopping here.

I was hoping to find a few pieces I’d actually be excited to wear, but the styles were dull. There just wasn’t much variety, unless “plain and forgettable” is the look they were going for.

"Item showed in stock but wasn’t"
I ordered a couple of things from Wild Oak Boutique because the site showed them as available, but a few days later I got an email saying one of the items was actually out of stock. Of course it was the main thing I wanted, so that was frustrating. I’m curious if other people have had this happen too, because I usually check reviews before ordering and didn’t expect that.

They did refund the missing item, which I appreciated, but I still ended up paying shipping for the rest of the order and it just didn’t feel worth it anymore. I feel like the inventory should be more accurate, especially for a boutique-style site. Unless I see that this was a one-off issue for others, I probably wouldn’t order again.

"The sizing really missed the mark for me"
I ordered my usual size, so I expected things to fit normally. But the top was way too big, while the jeans felt uncomfortably small. It feels like someone on their sizing team really dropped the ball here, because now I’m not sure I’d trust ordering from them again.

I asked for a refund from wildoakboutique.com and it took forever. I kept having to check back myself, which got old really fast. The replies felt like those polished customer service lines that don’t actually tell you anything, so that didn’t exactly make me feel better. Definitely not ordering from them again.

"Delivery took forever"
I ordered from wildoakboutique.com the delivery process was frustrating. There weren’t clear updates, the delivery date kept changing, and my package ended up arriving way later than I expected (which was really annoying because I kept having to check on it myself). The items are cute, sure, but I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date.

I reached out for help and still haven’t gotten any kind of reply. It’s frustrating because I’m starting to wonder if this is one of those situations where they ignore you unless there’s some extra fee involved. Not a great experience so far.

"I liked the stuff I ordered and..."
I liked the stuff I ordered and it was cute, but the return policy really threw me off. For online shopping, I expected at least a little flexibility, especially when you can’t try things in person first. Instead, it feels like you lose money so quickly just trying to send something back. Like… how is this okay? It definitely makes me think twice before ordering again.

I had to exchange a dress for a different size, and I assumed it would be a quick thing. It did get sorted in the end, but the email replies were slower than I expected and I had to follow up once. Not a huge deal, just not as smooth or easy as I thought it would be

"I ordered a top from Wild Oak Boutique..."
I ordered a top from Wild Oak Boutique, the fabric felt way cheaper than I expected. It was scratchy on my skin within about 10 minutes and had this stiff feel that made it really uncomfortable to wear.

I also wasn’t thrilled that the terms seemed to change from what I thought I was agreeing to when I bought it, which just made the whole experience more annoying. I was hoping for something soft enough to wear all day, but I ended up taking it off quickly. Definitely disappointed and probably won’t order again.

"Checkout was more stressful than it needed to be"
Shopping was fine overall, but the payment options were kind of disappointing. I got all the way to checkout and suddenly realized they didn’t have the option I normally use, which added some unexpected stress for something that should’ve been quick. It did go through in the end, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but compared to other stores it felt a bit limited and inconvenient
